Content plan for Moraway Adventures' new Zimbabwe conservation safari

Moraway Adventures is a new tour operator that focuses on designing trips that make an impact. They believe in the power of travel to transform lives and spark awe in their guests. In addition, a portion of every one of their adventures contributes directly to a wildlife conservation project or community development program in the places that they visit. Moraway came to us for help with the launch of their first conservation safari in Zimbabwe. This is going to be their flagship trip so they needed some powerful content to help build their brand exposure, which for a new travel company launching during a global pandemic you REALLY need something that stands out.

We designed several videos and a series of social media for each platform to give the trip legs and gain brand awareness. Each video was created with a certain goal in mind and in a way that could still be generic enough to help build brand identity and be used in a variety of ways.

One of the most important goals in marketing is to build trust and one of the best ways to do that is by showing the humans behind a company. It also creates the opportunity to show your true passion for what you do. With these goals in mind, we worked with Chris on a short script that introduces himself and the goals of the trip to give back in a meaningful way.

Are You Ready to Travel?

That’s a big question after a year of travel being shut down and exactly why we went that as the title. We also wanted to keep the title generic to hopefully introduce a wider scope of travelers to Moraway than if we just titled it something specific to a safari in Zimbabwe. We made it very upbeat and positive to send a welcoming message to travelers.

Digital Itinerary

This might surprise you but so many travelers don’t read their full itineraries, often because tour operators stuff them with way too many details. With this problem in mind, we created a digital itinerary to give the potential traveler a quick real-life look at the types of experiences they can expect from this trip. This was used on the trip page to catch the reader’s attention.

For Moraway’s social media we made a series of scrollable posts that led the user on a short journey throughout different highlights from the trip. This example is of what someone might expect while on a night safari.

It’s been a lot of fun working with Moraway Adventures, we love working with passionate new brands. Especially ones that are trying to make a difference in the world. In addition to this trip launch, we’ve done a lot of brand and marketing strategies to get them up and running full speed.
